We were looking for a rent to own. And Donna said why not buy. She set me up with the lender and I was approved.

Donna was an absolute joy to work with. She had all of the facts together pertaining to the sale of our property when she first came to our house. She explained the process of selling our house, the values of similar houses in the area, and the best way to go about selling. After the house was listed she kept us totally informed of how things were going pertaining to those who had made an offer. After we had an offer that we accepted, she kept us up to date on how things were going with the sale. She was at the closing and everything went exactly as she had forecast it would go there. All n all, Donna showed us how a true professional real estate agent worked. We would use her again with no questions, should we ever need a real estate agent again. Donna Darnes is an exceptional real estate agent. She is very energetic, tenacious at her work, and very, very knowledgeable about the markets in which she works her trade. In brief, she knows what she is doing and does it an excellent manner. I have practiced real estate law for 40 year as a member of the Virginia and Florida Bars. I have represented a Coldwell Banker real estate brokerage in the Fort Myers, Florida, area for a number of years, and have dealt with all variety of brokers and agents. Donna Darnes in my opinion ranks at the very top of the best. In our particular experience, not only did Ms. Darnes market our real property in Tennessee, quickly and for a price in excess of the listed price, more importantly she immersed herself in our most important problem at the time. That was, disposing of about 55 years of accumulated personal property of all types. She was always either on time or early to our showings or any other appointment we had with her.She also made herself available, both by phone an din person. I first met Donna when my wife and I were looking at a house in the Ooltewah area. Donna was the listing agent, and I called her just to get some basic information about the house. We hadn't actually planned on going inside, but Donna offered to come over and let us in, even though we didn't have an appointment. Also, anytime I called her and she didn't answer, she called back within a very short time. She also told me repeatedly that I could call her anytime, day or night.Donna worked hard to find the answers to my and my wife's questions about houses we were interested in. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she told us she would find out, and she did, usually within a fairly short time period.She didn't pressure us to buy any of the houses we looked at. She showed them to us, offered us information, answered out questions, and then let us decide. She didn't appear to be interest in selling us a house we didn't like or couldn't afford. Although she did recommend certain contractors for specific services, such as pest control and home inspection, she didn't pressure us to use them. She made it clear that we should use whomever we thought best.I would certainly recommend Donna as an agent to someone looking to buy a home. Dear Donna, When I first decided to look into moving, I asked a friend of mine in the Realty business for a name to contact. The first one she gave me was even less enthusiastic about my moving than I was! We spoke once and I never heard back from her. After some time, I asked again for a name and was given Donna's. What a difference a day makes! Donna was prompt in getting back to me and listened to my list of requirements for the potential move. I could tell right away that she was going to make something happen. She forced me into the 21st century by emailing me numerous places that fit my criteria and got back with me often by phone to keep in touch.
