We interviewed several realtors to sale a home and lot in Ooltewah. Donna walked through the property as the others, but retained mental details of what she noticed and spoke intelligently of the good, the bad, and the ugly with what proved to be great insight and with experienced recommendations on how to better present the house. It was immediately obvious to my wife and me that she was intelligent, knowledgeable and patient. We trusted that she would work in our best interest and she did. Donna excelled with the technical aspects … especially given the complexities because the properties were held in a trust. The deed contained a house and separate lot which all others suggested we bundle into a single listing. Donna immediately suggested that we sale each independently … and she was spot on. Donna was generous with her time, explanations, and suggestions … but never pushy. After articulating to our level of understanding the varieties of decisions along the way, she always placed the ball in our court and proceeded enthusiastically with whatever we decided. She was exceedingly quick to answer her phone or return our messages and we always felt well informed. During the period from listing through closing, Donna became a trusted friend.
